What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
The Warta River Boulevards are praised for their modern design, vibrant atmosphere, and excellent location between recreational areas and urban amenities. Visitors appreciate the Wartostrada for activities like cycling and walking, as well as the numerous cafes and bars. However, some find certain architectural elements to be imposing or out of place.
"Wow"
Arkadiusz Szymanowski
"Although the building appears tall (17 stories), it harmonizes well with the adjacent arteries, and when the skyscraper across the street is built, it will complement the urban composition of the entrance gate from the bridge. Appearance is a matter of taste, and the quality of construction will prove itself over the years. A definite advantage is its location between recreational areas with the Wartostrada highway, tram stops, and a shopping arcade. The courtyard is open, making it more welcoming. On the ground floor are commercial premises, including a nursery, Żabka, a Piri-Piri kebab shop, and more."
Patryk N.
"A block that dominates and does not fit into the surroundings. It's a development issue, because I don't know if the windows at the back of the building have access to direct sunlight, and the facade was falling off even before the building was handed over.
Edit: it is also worth mentioning that the stairs on the hetman's side were closed for repairs for so long that they started to become overgrown with weeds
Edit #2 March 2025: After 4? years ago, a company earning millions (the president himself receives 6 zeros) has finally found the funds to complete the stairs!"
