Portugal - Forte Sao Joao Baptista (Open to Tourists)
As Islas Berlengas. I've been there. Not easy to get to. There are boats out of Peniche for day trippers. Need to book ahead and I think it's only available in the summer months.

Hi all, spending 2 nights in Peniche, cant decide between Obidos and Berlengas for a day trip. Id love to do both but dont think I can manage them along with exploring Peniche. Is it possible to do both in one day? Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated :)

"Mandatory to see if you are visiting Angra"

"This is the entrance to the fantastic Monte Brasil nature reserve. Just ahead is a Portuguese military outpost closed to the public. Don't drive there, it will only ruin the experience: park further down and access on foot. Get lost within the reserve; it's a pleasure to get lost. Guaranteed. It's about ten kilometers in total, visiting all the park's nooks and crannies. It's all very easy, except for the steepness of some sections. You can visit it even without technical equipment. Have fun and happy hiking!"
