What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors generally find the CR7 Museum to be an interesting and inspiring stop, particularly for football fans. While some note it's not an extensive experience, the collection of trophies and memorabilia is impressive, and the life-size statues offer great photo opportunities. It's considered a worthwhile visit for its affordability and its celebration of Madeira's most famous son.
"I enjoyed it but probably not for the right reasons.
Every now and then a wax work museum in the back end of nowhere gets a bit of fame on the socials cos none of the models looks like they're supposed to. Well, this is like that but for trophies.
definitely worth a look if you're passing."

"📍 Add This to Your Tourist To-Do List!
We walked to this spot right from the center of Funchal — super easy to find! 🗺️
🎟️ When we arrived, there was no queue at all. We paid and headed down to the hall, which is packed with:
🏆 Trophies
📸 Photos
🗿 Statues
👕 Signed jerseys
...and even more trophies!
🚻 There’s a toilet on site and plenty to see.
🍽️ There's also a restaurant at the back of the museum, but we didn’t visit it, so I can’t comment on that.
⚽ Whether you're a hardcore Ronaldo fan or just curious, this museum is definitely worth a visit to witness the incredible achievements of one of football’s greatest."

"If you are a fan, you have to go. We just went because every tourist does it, so we said what the heck. ✌️😅 It's ok, even for non fans. The statue of him inside is from chocolate, but avoid taking a bite. Old chocolate... Kinda small, but can see many trophies and rewards, as some selected fan mail. 5€ for a grown person."
