What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise the Lido Promenade for its beautiful coastal walks, refreshing natural pools, and stunning sunset views. While some facilities could benefit from updates, the free access and option to bring your own refreshments make it a popular and enjoyable spot.
"This may have been one of the largest and best lidos I have ever been to, so super cool, be sure to bring your own towel as renting one is expensive, 27 euros. There is a little cafe / restaurant that has a few bits and pieces but I might even recommend bringing your own snacks and drinks as you are allowed to eat them poolside."

"Lovely downhill walk along the shore if you are walking from Golden Residence. There are pools at either end of the promenade. Also, you can walk down to Formosa Beach through a tunnel in the mountain. This is well lit but slippery so be careful of wet places...in the tunnel. Be prepared for quite an uphill climb getting back to the street from the beach. There was a corner coffee shop before the climb so it's handy to stop for coffee and do the climb."

"Nice little area for swimming in the natural pools. Less crowded (and free) compared to the other ones"
