"This is an extremely beautiful modern structure build to accommodate about 9000 people for services. It is extraordinary as there are no pillared supporting the roof. The Altar is amazing and was the work of a collective of modern artists. In the square in front of the basilica there are several statures but the statue of Christ on the cross is elegant simple and moving. A wonderful place. Down the stairs there are public toilets as well."

"The Basilica of the Most Holy Trinity is spectacular, as is the whole of Fatima. This deeply religious and spiritual site has an amazing feeling of peace and serenity, despite the thousands of pilgrims who come here. The Fatima story is extremely significant and, if you can, I would recommend a pilgrimage to this holy site. Amazing place."
