"Parque da Paz is truly a hidden gem in Almada! The park is beautifully maintained, with wide green spaces, serene lakes, and plenty of walking and cycling paths. It’s the perfect spot for a peaceful afternoon with family or a relaxing solo stroll. There’s a great playground for kids and lots of shaded areas for picnics. The blend of nature and tranquility in the middle of the city makes it one of the best parks I’ve visited in Portugal. Highly recommended!"

"It's a good place to chill with your family and friends. There's a lake with ducks and other birds, sculptures, and a clean public bathroom.
You can play with your children without having issues, except falling on the grass. Also, it's good to go for a walk with your dog.
There are places to walk and run around. Someone told me that there is 3.5km to do it. Sometimes I see a group of people exercising. They bring their equipment because the park doesn't have anything for it. It's more to relax instead of doing it. Even why there's another park close that has everything to practise exercises.
From March to November there is a green market where you can buy fruits, legumes, and artcraft from the locals. But even the year around they do some fairs."
