"I had a pedicure at the Ritz Four Seasons Lisbon and I was really disappointed with the whole experience. Whilst the lady who did the predicure was lovely, and this review is not a reflection on her as she was doing her best, the process and environment certainly did not reflect the Ritz standards. In fact it fell well short of the standard of any of the other nail salons located outside around the Ritz. Due to time constraints I went with the Ritz for an appointment, although the cost was DOUBLE every other place outside the hotel I thought that it would be worth it. IT WAS NOT!! I was placed in a tiny room, my feet plonked on the attendants lap, no footpath or feet soak, everything done with a spray bottle of water and foot sanding hand held machine and when the little sanding pad flew off onto the floor - instead of getting a fresh one the lady tried to reuse it, then the kitchen paper towel was wrapped between my toes and the blue light machine perched precariously on my foot. It was not the luxurious experience I expected it to be - especially for the price. Whilst I got the outcome needed, I am disappointed with the experience and cost. Only go if you’re desperate otherwise find somewhere else"

"We live just 30 minutes away so my husband booked here for my birthday on 12/28 and so glad he did. We both had massages and were so very happy with them. The foot bath to start my 80 minute massage was so special. The massage table was heated and so cozy and with roses under my face smelt amazing and the nice touch you expect from four seasons chain. The room was so calming. I loved Elsas technique and her professionalism was top notch. She was so thoughtful and gifted me a piece of chocolate cake with a candle post massage. The pool was a great size for laps and water was luke warm which was appreciated.
The only reason I give four stars is the steam room was not really working as I sat in it for almost 15 minutes with no sweat. I tried two times with no luck.
In addition, the front desk girl was super slow upon check out even when we told her we were in a rush, she also didn't offer or know how to call valet and told us just to give the ticket up there which I thought was off. She also didn't offer us any water or tea when we arrived which I felt was very un-four seasons hospitable like. I asked her to call the hair salon and let her know I was running 5 minutes behind and she was like its just up there don't worry... again not the service I am used too with the ritz. We also asked for a glass of cava when we ordered lunch since it was my bday which she said "you cant" which we thought was a bit odd as well.
I loved my hair stylist got compliments all night. I wish I remembered her name as I would highly recommend her she's been there for ages she shared and gave an beautiful blow out!"
