"It’s a practical train station. Buying tickets is easy at the machines and every time we took the train it was on time.
There is also a supermarket, some coffee shops and breakfast spots.
It’s clean and you feel safe here"

"This was a superb station for both arrival and departure, where we used the underground as well as overground! The underground has a stylish roof and the rabbit on the wall is a cute little touch, platforms are well-sized for the long trains too. Stairs and escalators are efficient in going the lengthy way to the main platforms, very wide space for everyone to get around too. The design is beautiful with the glass windows letting in so much light and the architecture is to be marvelled, many mainline platforms to get between and ticket office is readily staffed!"

"We took the train to Cascais, and while the train station is very convenient, there are a few things to note: if you have luggage, there are separate platform doors that will not trap you, and expect the worst from public transport--we were forced to listen to the most painful music being blasted from a couple of youths' phones/speakers."
