"You can come down and admire how the engineering enables this bridge to move, so that freighters can pass underneath to get into the port. It's quite a spectacle, if you can catch it. For safety reasons it takes a while and you may have a long wait of you need to cross.
This is a pedestrian crossing, as well as vehicular one. If there's a lot of wind, you'll feel it from up on the bridge.
There's an elevator to go up, but it's often out of service it seems looking at what others say.
Not sure if this is the only moveable bridge in the country. No need to go out of your way to see it, but if you're at the market nearby then it's nice to go and see.
