"Why they can't sort out the issues with this service is beyond me. 1. Put up signs at the station to say you can pay with a contactless card to save people queuing and trying to figure out the zone system. 2. Two destinations, Trindade and Stadio dragão (city centre) just confuses everybody. Trindade is the city centre and it's the same line, so it's always quicker to get on the next metro no matter where you are going. This is the first impression a lot of people get of the city\country, please make more effort to leave a positive impression!"
