Reviews Summary

Visitors consistently praise the Vila do Porto Historic Center for its exceptional location, vibrant atmosphere, and stunning architecture, particularly the azulejo tiles at São Bento Station and the views from the Dom Luís I Bridge. However, some guests have noted issues with unresponsive hosts regarding check-in instructions, which can cause initial frustration.

"Perfect Location next to Sao Bento train station. A lot of Bars and Restaurants around and walking distance to all sightseeing Spot in old town. We had Apartment 3A, with 2 bedrooms and 3 barthrooms. Modern and cozy style. A Perfect Location to stay in the City. Beds were very comfortable and everything very clean."

Axel Feil

"Convenient location and handy to have the washing machine with washing tablets included and a small washing line. Generously sized room/studio.
Only quarrel is host is unresponsive, emailed the day prior as I had not received check in instructions and no response. Had to call number on door on arrival. Another person staying had the same issues."

Melbssnackers

"Penthouse 4B. Pros - great location, clean, facilities, great to have washing machine. Bathroom clean and modern, lovely view from terrace. Cons - it is NOT a hotel, no entry details were EVER provided. Luckily we arrived 4pm and rang phone number on door and were let in a few minutes later. Wonder what would have happened if we arrived at night. No advice that the 2nd bedroom is up a flight of stairs. No answer to email asking what time checkout was."
