"Best beach in the Algarves if you ask me. Plenty of space to relax in the sun all day, perfect place to surf and not too crowded! Little restaurant and tiny surf-rental right at the beach entrance!"
Mitchel Raaphorst
"One of the best beaches I have ever been to. And I have visited the Caribbean, the Mediterranean Sea and more.
Definetly recomend, even if it seems to be a bit lost in the wild. And would recommend going to see the sunset as well, as it will be one of the most gorgeous sights one can see. It is also not very populated and quite unknown. Also, there is no signal there, so perfect place to disconnect and relax.
We were not so lucky with the surfing, but I have been told that in good seasons it is a great spot as well."

"I’ve been to Thailand, Bali, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic — I’ve seen my fair share of breathtaking places. But this one? Easily made it into my top 3 of all time.
We arrived right around sunset, and the moment I saw the beach and those dramatic cliffs, I genuinely had tears in my eyes. It was that beautiful. There’s something almost surreal about the view — like a scene from a movie, but better because you’re standing in it.
And the best part? We came in March, outside of peak season, and it was almost completely empty. Just nature at its finest, undisturbed and unforgettable. If you’re looking for a place that moves you, this is it."
