"Having a wine taste tour in Porto is a Must . You can book online but they are more than happy to assist you to take a tour on the same day . Just be 10 min early to tour to use bathroom, refresh yourself and be ready to learn something as beautiful as the creation ok this famous type of wine . Once you walk all the areas where they show you tools and barrels, it’s time to drink ! No, you wont get drunk, if you come right before eating something, and you drink slowly and do your beat to appreciate the flavor of each wine you choose . The best choice I think is the Exclusive Package which includes 3 choices of wine . And Yes , take home some bottles it will be appreciated mostly by you in the future. It will be also a great souvenir to share with people you care."

"We loved the tour of this facility and their tasting experience.
We learned a LOT about the production of port wines in Portugal and the differences in the different types of port wines.
We had two different tastings (which they allow for two reservations or tickets) to sample more varieties of ports.
We especially loved the whites and the tawny ports. Both amazing.
The tour and tasting lasted about 45 minutes, and you are able to buy as much port wine as you like in their store after your tasting. Definitely a port tasting at a place like this should be on your list when in Porto!"
