What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Ramos Pinto Cellars generally receives positive reviews for its informative tours and high-quality port wine tastings, with many praising the knowledgeable staff and the historical ambiance. However, some visitors have noted that the staff can sometimes be perceived as rude or short, and prices are considered high compared to other cellars. The lack of detailed information on tasting cards was also a minor point of contention for some.
"Wouldn’t recommend. Mid day on a Wednesday. Beautiful venue but the staff were rude and short with us. Many wine to choose from but unable to make your own flights and prices are quite high compared to so many others we have visited. We got the table wine flight. Two whites and two reds. The card each glass is placed on has the wine but zero info on what the wine is. It allows space for you to write your own notes. See pics. I liked one of the 4 but taste is too subjective to review."
