"A great view of the ocean and rock formations. There are tons of tourists everywhere. It's obvious it's summer vacation. Our driver (and guide), native living on the island, clearly stated that just two or three years ago, only 20%-30% of the tourists who visit the island today were here. If the tourist numbers continue at this rate, in two or three years, there will be an overcrowding, and Madeira will begin to lose its unique charm and atmosphere. It's a shame."
