Reviews Summary

Visitors rave about Cañón de San Cristóbal as a breathtaking natural wonder, highlighting its impressive scale and beautiful waterfalls. Many appreciate the well-maintained trails and the opportunity to reconnect with nature. However, parking can be a significant challenge, and visitors should come prepared with essentials as amenities are scarce.

"What a great way to see the country/mountain side and nature in PR. I came across this place on Instagram and decided to go. The place is located in a very rural yet busy neighborhood with tons of houses and factories around. Once you are close to the place, the ambience changes and one feels in the forest. The area seems well kept with a nice big house with bathrooms, people offering information and a greenhouse. Parking is super limited. My guess is if there is a big group with 10+ cars it will be super hard to park. Once parked, one can just start walking around the area. Note you will have to pass by 2-3 houses but will see a gate and entrance after them. The area was well kept with clean trails that invites to just explore and have a relaxing time. The trail has some ups and downs so be careful with people with movement limitations. We nearly missed the nice viewpoint as it was not properly identified so a bit of exploring is not bad. Our group really enjoyed this place, which we had for ourselves for over 1.5 hours. Highly recommend to go and reconnect with nature."

Manuel Navedo

"Clearly marked parking by a house and an easy 5 minute walk on a wide trail. Beautiful views just far far away."

Carrie Speltz

"We had an awesome morning. The walk is not demanding. Our interpreter was great, very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely a place to visit again."
