Things to do/places to visit in Carolina/Isla Verde Area
My boyfriend and I got here yesterday and I’m looking for places to eat/do in the area. We will uber out to Old San Juan & San Juan sometime but wanted to have some things in mind that are walking distance since we aren’t renting a car.
Staying in Isla Verde, Carolina
Any recommendations for good nearby restaurants and whatnot ? I want to have traditional Puerto Rican food, and one fancy/expensive dinner, like seafood or somewhere with live music
🍹 Beachside Convenience
Plenty of hotels, restaurants, and kiosks line the beach for easy access to food and drinks. 🍹
🚶♀️ Leisurely Strolls
Enjoy a relaxing walk along the shore, lined with palm trees for a true tropical vibe. 🚶
I have read so many reviews and tried to figure it out myself. But can someone please confirm which resorts in or around San Juan have safe swimmable beaches. I like the looks of the Hyatt and Wyndham and Marriott. Sonesta looks ok too. Thanks!
Safe and swimmable for kids is what I meant. I know all beaches are swimmable but I’ve read some reviews about strong swimmers being taken under. Going in December.
