Visitors consistently praise Casa Bacardí for its beautiful facilities, knowledgeable and entertaining guides, and the quality of the rum tastings. The Mixology Class is a standout, offering a fun and interactive experience. However, some find the tours themselves to be shorter than expected and note that the actual production facility isn't shown. Transportation logistics, particularly ferry schedules, can also be a point of frustration for some.
"Rugerio was an awesome guide. The tour was fun and drinks were not skimpy on the alcohol. It's a beautiful facility and the history of Bacardi was interesting."

"Tour guide was great. There is plenty of parking and the facility are beautiful. Staff is very friendly. They give you a coin for an included drink if you choose to do the mixology class. Highly recommend the mixology class. Super fun. Not as long as I thought given we only did 2 drinks. But still very fun and worth the experience. The tour itself is also short. Not a lot to show. And I thought we would see the inside of the factory but no. Is only the outside"
