"Shameful without any remorse. No customer parking; only street parking. In addition, only one person in one window out of five working. All the rest are closed. The first time I came here I was told I need an appointment which was very easy to signup for though a website not listed on their webpage. I had a 10:40am appointment today. It’s 12:15pm and still have to wait. It appears no one in the administration knows or cares about it. In an office that handles at least 4 adjoining towns, there no concerns about how many people they are backed up. Imagine if there was two windows open for over 100,000 people in this area. I thought maybe someone called in sick but it was not the case. There’s always only one customer service representative everyday. No matter how much money she makes, she is under paid even with a apathetic attitude. I wanted to take a picture but was told by security guard that it’s not allowed inside of building. I always thought people here in PR just like to complain about government offices but now I see for myself how shameful it is."

"Complete lack of care and disregard for having no water for 8 days! The service technicians are useless!! Can’t even reach the main office by telephone. Only call centers that don’t have enough info bc field techs and office do t update their logs. I’m so livid and can’t do a dang thing about it because the issue is the city water main."
