"The parking lot was 600 meters passed thr main terminal. Walking was fine, but they provided a shuttle. Arrive no later than 30 minutes before your boarding time if you can. It's good to know some Spanish but can make your way through without it. Check with the ticket booth even if you have an online ticket, mainly if you have luggage or need to confirm details.
Ferry ride to Vieques was fine, just recommend sitting towards the back as its center of gravity has a little less motion if you hate being sea sick."

When we arrived, we were greeted by the super friendly staff-a younger girl I didn’t catch her name and Jessica, who gave us a map of Vieques and some recommendations. "The Ceiba ferry terminal is well run and pretty smooth! Only a few tickets are available for purchase online and the rest have to be bought in person. We were nervous about them selling out the day we were going to be there so we found someone online (hooray for Reddit) that was willing to stand in line and buy them for us for a fee. Totally worth it as we really wanted to make sure we could visit Flamenco Beach during our stay. The line for the ferry was quick and efficient and well communicated. The shuttle that takes you from the parking lot to the ferry was also a smooth process."
