"The Air Heroes Monument, dedicated to the memory of Romanian military and civilian aviators who contributed to the development of aviation. Is located in the center of the Aviator Square with no access for pedestrians. You can only look at it from the street.
The sculpture looks pretty impressive, and from my understanding only the bronze statue from the top has a weight of 5 tons.
You also have on the side of the road, near the park, some brief info about 1st aviation meeting in Romania. But sad for tourists, it is only in romanian."
