"A must experience in Craiova! This magnificent building and its art are accessible for free even though every price for visiting would be worth it! The art, the sculptures and the interior are all one fantastic experience. It creates a vibrant feeling about the people who have lived there and who were among the European elite."

"The building itself is a piece of art. When you enter the building you feel like a princess in such beautiful interior that is breathtaking. Also you can find here a lot of art works from well known artists.
Also I can note that the stuff is so kind, a woman told a story about the previous owner of museum and his philanthropic activities.
Recommend to visit this place during your stay in Craiova.

"I was very pleasantly suprised by this museum that looks incredible as architecture goes and that has wonderful works of art displayed by many great artists such as Bracusi, Nicolae Grigorescu, Theodor Aman, Luchian, Tonita. The ticket was 15 ron full price and 7.5 ron for students and it gave you access to this museum and another 2: Oltenia museum + museum of the romanian exile. A bargain."
