"Soooo, this was interesting. The trails are well marked, there are bear signs everywhere and signs of bear, in that they have strewn rubbish all over the area but that is the nature of them and bear poo along the foot paths (on the day of our visit anyway).
My daughter and I heard something large moving down in the woods and saw the poop afterwards.
The trail is of course uphill on the way to the waterfall, you need to be confident in your footwear.
It wasn't people busy on our visit, there are some wooden bridges that are sturdy but not very inviting 🤣.
I've since read there's another waterfall further along the trail after the initial waterfall which isn't that impressive to be fair.
But by this point we were running scared 🤣. Spent 45 seconds looking at it and then scarpered back to the car and safety 🤣
I'd definitely go again...to a different waterfall...I believe there are some others in the area with facilities nearby."
