"The peak offers a magnificent 360-degree panorama of the Caucasus Range, incredible beauty, above the clouds. The road is not difficult, the trail is clearly visible. There is snow in places. We went on 03.07.2024. Amazing beauty 😍"

"I really enjoyed the walk to Bzerpi Peak in August 2018.
The route starts from the upper station of the Gazprom Pikhtovaya cable car. You can either take the A1+A2 cable car combination (you will pass over the biathlon stadium) or go directly to A3. The price is the same - 1000 rubles in the summer of 2018.
At the station, ask any employee where the trail to the Bzerpinsky ledge is. We didn't see any signs, so it's easier to point to the starting point with your finger 😀
I was a little worried that there wouldn't be clear enough signs along the route. There really weren't many, but everything is pretty obvious - there's only one trail, and there's nowhere to go. It's better to install any hiking GPS tracker on your phone to be sure.
There are only a couple of signs along the way, of course, these aren't the Alps, where everything is clearly marked. But the views here are no worse! The first forest part of the route is quite steep, you will have to sweat, but a healthy person of average fitness can do it. In the open part it becomes a little flatter and the beauty begins. Bzerpinsky kprniz is an open flat plateau. A couple of houses, a dozen tents, visible from afar, you will not miss. Almost before reaching the cornice there is a sign to the right to Mount Kogot. I still do not understand which of the peaks is Kogot, but this is the path we need. It goes around Mount Tabunnaya on the left and opens up a view of Bzerpi peak, marked by a triangular geodetic tower. A little more work with your legs - and you are at the top! Beauty all around!!!
It took us 3 hours to climb at a brisk pace, an hour and a half to go down at a light jog.
The entire route there and back is 16 km with a vertical gain of 1062 meters.
I highly recommend it!"
