Reviews Summary

Tiki-Tak Waterpark offers a family-friendly experience with enjoyable slides and entertaining staff, but it's significantly let down by overpriced, poor-quality food and questionable facility maintenance. Visitors strongly advise bringing your own food and managing expectations regarding the overall value for money.

"Long story short or read full review :) good attraction for kids, door and poolside staff not up to role, food overpriced and only fit for a dog, it appears from the other reviews that everyone is in agreement with this.

So expect to spend about 4 hours plus there, people will get hungry, the ques got fairly long and was highly overpriced, not fresh and shameful sized helpings. Used to having few options as a vegetarian but only option for me was a tiny plate of greasy undercooked chips or what looked like a 3 day old salad with a couple of Cherry tomatoes, the other options for those with normal diet small and overpriced also. I went to the exit and explained nicely that the food wasn't really suitable for me here and that my family were eating in the cafe and that I was really hungry and wanted to go outside quickly alone and eat proper food and return while my family ate there but they refused me that simple and very small but honest, decent and humane request... I actually got the impression they were enjoying being unhelpful...👎👎👎 In the end we had to leave earlier than hoped so I could eat ... Grrrrrrrr One head scratching moment was when the guard stopped my child who was within the correct height from going on the small kids slide while letting even smaller children on. Pool guards blow whistles for absolutely minor things (a woman for wearing sunglasses at the side of the pool whisted at, a child unable to clear the slide in world record time, whisting to other guards to get their attention and joke) so people were totaly ignoring the guards Which from a safety point of view is very much questionable, all said though the entertainers were top quality and definitely the only staff doing their role correctly 👏👏👏 and the kids enjoyed it as their first water park experience. I can only assume the other reviews haven't actually been to the many better maintained and better ran water parks to actually know this one isn't great. Best missed if you expect some quality for the high entrance price you pay, but if you must go here definitely bring your own food."
