"We left the sanatorium for shifts from 10 am to 4 pm, with stops and lunch. The road is good, there are no sharp climbs except for the red sun (this is perhaps the most difficult section to the Seven Winds gazebo). I was very worried about how I would go with excess weight and bad knees and a child, but people did not walk there desertedly, it turned out there was nothing to be afraid of. On the way from the small to the big saddle there is a spring, the water is very tasty. Take plenty of water. And dress up even in hot weather, we took jackets and hats and scarves with us and put everything in the backpack on the big saddle. The wind cuts to the bones. By the way, along the way there is an excellent cafe near the Olympic complex; we ate shish kebab, shurpa, French fries and chebureki, very tasty. And this is the last manifestation of civilization, so I advise you to have lunch. It took three hours to get from the cafe to the big saddle via the small saddle."

"A very picturesque road, we walked slowly, photographed flowers, enjoyed the aromas of herbs, the trills of larks, a pair of eagles soaring around Big Caddle... the way there and back from the street. Lenin in Kislovodsk, then along path 3, through the upper cable car station, the Olympic complex, past Maly Sedlo and back it took 8 hours. There was no one at the top, we sat, admired the views, and were alone with nature. That was great!!!"
