There are many stairs, but ramps are not available everywhere (photo attached). They are built directly onto the steps, at a steep angle and of minimal use.
The waiting room is located far from the ticket office, requiring a fair amount of stairs. The waiting room is beautiful, but the seats are metal and cold. There is a power outlet, so you can plug in your gadgets. The WiFi is fast.
The restroom is located halfway between the waiting room and the ticket office and is fairly clean."
