I paid it right away and sent them a copy of the receipt. I also called the accounting department to say that the request had been paid. In the contractor's department, I asked them to send copies of the documents by email today, since the payment was confirmed by a receipt (the weekend is coming). Nothing of the sort, they will wait until the payment comes. And only then will they send it, probably not on the same day. No archive has such procedures."
