The houses are located in a public city park and are not fenced in any way. That is, passers-by walk under the windows with music, conversations, dogs, etc. The houses are two-story. There is no soundproofing at all. Any sneeze, laughter, fart, children's screams, running, loud and quiet conversation of neighbors you will feel as if under your nose. Especially snoring at night)))
The rooms are all tired, everything creaks, cracks, is broken, the bed frame is broken, the chest of drawers is missing handles, the tulle is torn (remember I said above that from 10 meters everything seems to be fine but no ...). There is no cleaning. On the third day of complaining to the reception, we learned that for cleaning you need to leave a request, and not sit and wait. Taking out the trash, clean towels, soap, cleaning the floor and everything that should be done without a reminder is done here upon request. The price of the hotel is overpriced several times. The third star is clearly unnecessary."
