"Beautiful place."

"I visited the Cathedral of the Ascension of Our Lord, an Orthodox church in Magnitogorsk, Chelyabinsk Oblast, while on a tour. I learned from the guide that the church opened in 2004 and is one of the few large and majestic churches built in Russia in the last decade. The centerpiece of the new, large church complex is the seven-domed Ascension Church with its annexes and bell tower. Adjacent to the church is a chapel, and the adjacent building houses the diocesan spiritual and educational center and Sunday school. It's a blissful place where I longed to linger. Unfortunately, my time there was limited, but the warmth of my visit to the church will forever remain in my heart."

"It is located on the right bank of the Ural River. It was built over a long period, from 1989 to 2004, using contributions from enterprises and donations from residents. It looks majestic, a large area, plantings, benches. You can come, sit, and think."
