"Well, if you're with kids, it's heaven for them. Not cheap though. Either you should be quite well off or kids well disciplined :-). Interior is really impressive with glass ceiling decorated by traditional Russian fairy tales motives. On 6th floor there are Museum of Childhood and fantastic Observation desk with really nice view of historical center - for free! Observation desk and all shops work 10 am-9.30 pm. Food court works till 10 pm."
