"Stunning building and one of the seven stalinsky buildings or skyscrapers in Moscow"

Natalie Pote

"Impressive old building with its history and beauty. Very central location, however it takes 15 mins to get to the subway station. On the one hand it was interesting to see how people lived back time as the apartment was not completely renovated, on the other hand it has its disadvantages: no dishwasher and extremely loud traffic, even during the night. Another big issue - air pollution.
Good things - supermarket, cafe and ATMs are located in the same building. And the view is also outstanding. Very friendly personal."
