"We are extremely disappointed with the Enkheluk Recreation Center. This is our second time here; the last time was nine years ago. Since then, the standard has plummeted. The rooms are in terrible condition. We rented two rooms, and in both, every door creaked, the beds were impossible to turn around, the floors, faucets, and toilets were leaking, and the camp bed we gave our child collapsed during the night. Not to mention the general abysmal soundproofing. It feels like nothing has been done in the past nine years. The rooms are neglected, not repaired, and the mattresses are in terrible condition. It's downright scary to even go into the bathroom. Meals were included. The food was okay, but I missed the vegetables; everything was too oily. It was completely uneatable in the evenings; we went hungry. At one dinner, they brought us moldy bread. Horrible! And the price per night is quite high. We won't be coming back. The price/quality ratio isn't right. The beautiful shores of Lake Baikal are nearby, but that's not something the Enkheluk Recreation Center deserves. I don't recommend visiting the base."
