"After passing the site of Mikhail Mikhailovich Bakhtin's house at 23 Gorky Street, I came here looking for the I.S. Turgenev Museum. Anna Sergeevna, a pleasant employee of this literary house, even wearing a mask, showed me the way and made me promise to stop by the Oryol writers' museum.
A very interesting exhibition of a whole galaxy of writers, poets, and scientists...and there's material on Bakhtin. I studied his book "The Poetics of Dostoevsky" at university.
Now I'll go see I.A. Bunin."

"A museum dedicated to Oryol writers, featuring authentic furnishings from the homes of Fet and Andreev, as well as other writers from Oryol and the surrounding region. It also features many lesser-known writers you've likely never heard of. So, take a tour. Tours are available for just one person, and it costs 500 rubles. I don't think it would be interesting without a guide."
