"I strongly do not recommend this tourist center. On August 6, we booked a house for 8 people from September 6 to 8, made a 50% advance payment (8,000 rubles), and a month before the trip we were sure that everything was fine. However, upon arrival, it turned out that our reservation had been cancelled without notice, and the house was already occupied by other guests. No one warned us about this, and it turned out that there were no more free places at the tourist center.
The vacation was completely ruined: we drove 100 km in three cars, wasted time, money and nerves. The administration did not offer any adequate solutions or compensation. Absolutely unprofessional approach and complete disregard for their customers. This is not just an unpleasant situation, this is a blatant irresponsible attitude! Be careful and think twice before dealing with this recreation center."
