"We bought our daughter a ticket for the Fantasy swing. She chose a swing (by color) and then pressed the start button. She rode backwards the entire time. (All the swings were forward except the one we were on!) When we asked to stop and transfer to a working one, they wouldn't let us. They said we could get a new ticket, meaning we'd have to pay again. The ticket office also refused, spouting some nonsense about the child's light weight, that everyone was spinning, and that I was exaggerating... People working here, come to your senses, aa ..."
