"So cool when you notice that 🇷🇺and 🇩🇪 have a good culture house. Everyone told me that they haven't a culture building. But Tomsk is so cool. I was in many wonderful cities in Russia, but Tomsk was the best city. In this culture house, you have events for kids with parents or teenagers alone or families or seniors. Come there!!! It's absolutely fine there."
