What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
City Park Tvertsa is a developing urban green space praised for its riverfront views and recreational facilities like the sports town. Visitors appreciate its potential and suitability for walks and dog-friendly activities. However, concerns exist regarding inconsistent maintenance, particularly with trash management and the condition of certain attractions like the rope park.
"I've been asking for a park like this in the city center for a long time. Wide paths, areas for various activities, lots of benches. The concept is good, but the execution is poor in places. The section of the park beyond the bridge toward the new courthouse is clearly unfinished and abandoned. In the park itself, mountains of trash near the benches ruin everything. Either they should have installed larger trash bins, maybe ones with lids to keep birds from stealing them, or they should have cleaned it up more often. Saturday mornings are a complete nightmare – it feels like you're in a landfill."

"This is a favorite place for walks with our dog. If people would clean up after themselves instead of acting like pigs, it would be a paradise. And we can already sprinkle gravel on the paths."
