"Salavat Monument is a nice place to go visit when in Ufa, especially in summer. Beautiful flowers when walking towards the monument, small fountains. An amazing view from where the statue stands, you can see the river in both directions. On one side you'll be able to see the bridge where the train crosses and if your lucky you can get an amazing picture of that view. Few shops for gifts and few places to get your refreshment, snacks or ice cream (which is most welcoming especially with the summer sun). You can walk down the short way or the long way depending on how much time you have. Both trails are nice a relaxing to walk through. There are a few places where you can see the Tatar history (attire work in the olden days) you can then walk further down to the river bed where they are building a new walking path. This will be quite nice once complete."
