Service was friendly and helpful. They have same day laundry service and the rooms are clean. There is free WIFI but it’s too slow to open emails (common problem in South Ossetia). You may have better luck with a Georgian SIM card?
Rooms are spacious and quiet. The mattress is a bit thin but I slept well.
Breakfast buffet is good. Restaurant has a good selection of food and service is prompt. However, there are often parties with a DJ there and the music blasts your ears—even with ear plugs you can feel the bass vibrations in your heart. Fortunately, it’s over by 10 PM so you can sleep.

And it is especially unpleasant to encounter this at large-scale events. Towards the end of the wedding, it got to such an insanity that the time did not come, and the waiters and technical workers began to send people away! There were also difficulties with the restroom! It's beyond comprehension!!!
