This is the youngest embankment in Vladivostok. It opened in the fall of 2012.
It received its name in honor of the Russian Emperor Nicholas II, who in May 1891, being the Tsarevich, visited the city of Vladivostok. The monarch's visit was planned as part of his round-the-world voyage, the sea part of which was to end in Vladivostok."

"I drove in from Svetlanskaya 48 (Officers' House of the Pacific Fleet). I found a convenient parking lot. I walked the dog a bit. It was drizzling a lot. I was surprised that the Tsarevich Embankment is the property of Dalzavod. They did a great job! It's a pleasure to look at!"
