"Nice development on the cruise port and the strip mall. It feels safer, especially not being harassed by street performers or monkey pet owners who chased tourists for high tips for just taking a snap shot of the site or performance, like it used to a few years ago. But bathrooms are available for a dollar each use. They take the money first before they let you use it, though the bathrooms are clean but ain't that modernised. Some stalls didn't even havr locks on it. That is quite expensive, where every other cruiseship offer their clean bathrooms for free."
