What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Rabot Estate offers a stunning rainforest setting and a unique chocolate-centric experience, particularly the 'Bean to Bar' tour. Guests rave about the friendly and welcoming staff, the beautiful grounds, and the innovative cocoa-infused cuisine. However, some find the open-air rooms without AC and the presence of insects to be drawbacks, and pricing is noted as steep.
"Absolutely beautiful location . My personal experience was OK. They upgraded half of my groups rooms but not the other half which was strange . The breakfast menu was great but lunch / dinner menu was limited and not a personal favorite. Front desk staff was OK, friendly but not great with conflict resolution. My group stayed in St Lucia for 8 days, 3 different location and agreed if we could have redone the trip we’d skip staying at this location (although the beautiful rainforest environment would be sadly missed) . If service could be better and they could add more food options, this would be a great place to stay :)"

"Our stay at Hotel Chocolat was absolutely incredible! The property is stunning and intimate. The staff were all amazing, accommodating and so welcoming. They make you feel like family and we can’t wait to visit again. Thanks for an unforgettable stay!"

"Absolutely beautiful resort, food is unique and delicious, with every dish infused with cocoa in some scrumptious way. Really enjoyed the staff! The staff was the best part of the visit, very warm friendly and helpful in every way. Every single person we met greeted us with kindness. Pricing is a bit steep, however it’s easy to find their pricing for everything online so if you choose to visit you are aware of that. Only complaint would be the mosquitoes, however, the staff do their best with zappers, repellent regular fogging and etc"
