"Attended some conferences here . overall its a great and big enough venue sponsors can use to host massive international events and festivals.
Parking seems like there's no issue.
Security systems there during events is pretty good in general.
One would probably and most likely meet with some attendees that only speak Arabic as a mode of communication, I hope you'll be able to atleast communicate effectively. Else , hire a translator before going there. Don't expect translators provided on the venue to be able to effectively good at both languages. (In general, I wasn't impressed).
