"You have to enter the mall and walk the stairs up to the first floor, the entrance is facing the stairs (you can see the stairs at the end of the video showing the ground floor of the mall).
The way to the bridge was pretty short: 2 elevators to take (1-77 then 77-99 floors) and that’s it.
I reached the 99th floor around 5:15pm, before the sunset at that time.
The view on both sides is incredible. It is fun to see all this car traffic and the infinite size of the city.
No too much visitors but it got more crowded around 6pm when I left.
