I think there is like a sky walk connected to bts and I guess that's where you took the Pic from There is a small building behind you that has clincs and restaurants (had my coolscalping there)

This was for the National Unity and Armed Forces day to honour the "Milite Ignoto" at the "Altare della Patria" (Fatherland's Altar). There were all the Italian militar High Command and the President of the Republic gathered too.
