"My wife and I came here on a Sunday (they have free entrance, otherwise the symbolic price of 200 RDS). We were greeted by a staff member and told what to expect from the Museum and were given the suggestion to start on the top floor and go down. There are 3 floors in total.
The museum consists mostly of paintings (and a few sculptures) by Serbian artists. They do have one small area (maybe half of one of the floors) that is a temporary exhibit, while the rest is permanent (talking to the staff they informed us that approximately every 6 months, they rotate a few pieces, lend some out...)
It took us about an hour at a moderate pace to view everything, there were a few other visitors with us, enough to not feel empty but did not impede us in any way.
If you have an hour to spend I suggest this place!"
