What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
ESPA at Resorts World Sentosa offers a luxurious spa experience with highly praised massages and a comprehensive Thermal Suite. While the service is generally good and the environment aims for tranquility, some guests find the pricing to be on the higher side for the inclusions, particularly regarding lunch options. Therapist experience can also vary, impacting specific treatments like the Hammam.
"When you spend that much of money you would expect a better experience. The facilities in the Spa were only average. Not much to mention. The environment was not relaxing. Only that the service was quite good.
Lunch was included in the spa package at the restaurant next door but only with limited choices and drinks are not included. The waiter asked which tea we do want and we assumed it was included in the package. But it comes out we were charged for six dollars each for the tea.
I would rather spend the same amount at Bali and enjoy a more luxury Spa."

"This is the bast place to just leave all your troubles behind and just relax in the moment. There is a choose of hot and cold dip pools and also hot sauna and a hot steam room. If you want to pamper yourself it your loved one, there is the ESPA signature massage."

"I had a day retreat de-stress package, it’s wonderful and I enjoy Lisa’s service so much. However is it worth the price? Maybe it’s a little bit pricy (530sgd) compared to what you get...I expect just a little bit more."
