"Rip off. Horrible customer service and staff. We didn’t know we had to be 1hr early . And honestly why is there even such a need, just put the booking slot as reporting time . That way there will never be a misunderstanding. The policy of no waiver is just here to exploit this , I wonder how many customers walked away unhappy. There was absolutely no one here and we still needed to pay $30 for a “reschedule” ( after our session for nearly 1hr there was no one else doing this) The place is on the verge of shutting down I think. With policy and staff like this it’s a small wonder. If you really want to come just walk in
