We went for a matinee this time, and the atmosphere was cozy as always. One thing that stood out was that food and drinks are now allowed inside the theatre—something I hadn’t noticed before. It’s definitely convenient, but I was surprised there weren’t any drink holders on the seats. It made it a bit tricky to find a place to set your drink without worrying about spills.
The Phantom of the Opera was absolutely fantastic! The cast was incredible, and we thoroughly enjoyed the show from start to finish. It was a great way to spend the afternoon, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, memorable day out."

"Nice from the outside and was beautiful but the air conditioning was so extremely cold inside, bring a jacket if you’re watching a show. I went for Lord of the Rings, the tickets were so expensive but the performance was absolutely amazing and absolutely worth it even though I haven’t had the time to read the book. Note that you cannot bring any food or drink in at all, so you need to go through a bag check. They will tell you to eat your food or throw it away. However there are vending machines in the theater so don’t worry too much. Overall I enjoyed the performance a lot and I would even recommend local Singaporeans to try."
